Look at the different roll-bar. In the second picture, also the mirrors are different.
Perhaps these photos were taken during the F5000 race.

Yes, there are differences, he also has stickers that he did not have in the GP. I from F5000 do not know anything. Maybe someone can help us.

Al didn't drive the car that many times so the number of events to pick from is limited. The ORC site of Allen Brown shows the following:

Canadian Grand Prix
Mosport Park - 27 Aug 1967 Eagle 'T1F' [101] - Climax FPF 4 Al Pease Not classified

St Jovite Grand Prix
Mont-Tremblant - 17 Sep 1967 Eagle 'T1F' [101] - Climax FPF 4 Al Pease 22

Canadian Eastern Zone Formula Championship Round
Harewood Acres - 8 Jun 1968 Eagle 'T1F' [101] - Climax FPF 4 Craig Hill Retired

Canadian Eastern Zone Formula Championship Round
Harewood Acres - 8 Jun 1968 Eagle 'T1F' [101] - Climax FPF 4 Al Pease On entry list

Canadian Eastern Zone Formula Championship Round
Harewood Acres - 6 Jul 1968 (FA) 2.7-litre Eagle 'T1F' [101] - Climax FPF 4 Al Pease On entry list

Thompson Grand Prix
Thompson Raceway - 18 Aug 1968 Eagle 'T1F' [101] - Climax FPF 4 Al Pease Did not start

Mosport Continental
Mosport Park - 25 Aug 1968 Eagle 'T1F' [101] - Climax FPF 4 Al Pease 30

Lime Rock Grand Prix
Lime Rock - 2 Sep 1968 (FA) 2.7-litre Eagle 'T1F' [101] - Climax FPF 4 Al Pease Did not start

Canadian Grand Prix
Mont-Tremblant - 22 Sep 1968 Eagle 'T1F' [101] - Climax FPF 4 Al Pease Did not start

Canadian Grand Prix
Mosport Park - 20 Sep 1969 Eagle 'T1F' [101] - Climax FPF 4 Al Pease Disqualified

The results show the car had #69 during the Formula A events of 1968. Could be at one of those.

What always baffled me about this pic is why he is carrying the chequered flag. It's certainly not because he won a race. Now I know Al hung on to the car quite some time so it could be much later during some kind of historic event or maybe his goodbye race, making a lap of honour. Al does look a bit older on the pic than during his racing days.

Al with the checkered flag. On another occasion, because the mirrors and the starting number are different:

But this roll-bar was used before the Canadian Grand Prix '69. scratch

This guardrail is very similar to Mosport. 1967 to comparison:

Yes that very much looks like Mosport indeed. In that case it could be the Mosport Continental on the 25th of August 1968 where he drove the Eagle under #69. Retired after 1 lap with a clutch problem. Still leaves me without a clue on the chequered flag and I have this pic..... (of which I have no clue either where it is, but does not look like Mosport) scratch
